Information
This detached house from the 1920s is the first Minergie-certified building in Switzerland to be renovated for energy efficiency using Fixit 222 Aerogel high-performance insulating plaster. In order to retain the window reveals, the old plaster was completely removed and then replaced with Fixit 222 Aerogel high-performance insulating plaster. Finally, the entire façade was painted twice with Fixit 786 Si silicate-silicone roll-on paint in a dark terracotta shade. Thanks to the low layer thickness of Fixit 222 Aerogel high-performance plaster, the original appearance of the building was retained.
