Product description

This extra white, weather resistant fine render is used as a mineral based final coat render in exterior and interior areas on cement, limestone and gypsum bound substrates as well as on ETIC systems.This extra white, weather resistant fine render is used as a mineral based final coat render in exterior and interior areas on cement, limestone and gypsum bound substrates as well as on ETIC systems. The substrate must be clean, dry and of adequate load-bearing capacity. Prior treatment with Fixit 475 Primer for mineral-based final renderings is recommended.

Application examples

Detached house renovation St. Gallen

The façade of the detached house, which dates from the 1940s, was recoated with Fixit 222 aerogel high-performance insulating plaster. To do this, the existing plaster only had to be removed from the reveals and lintels for insulation purposes. The concrete window sills were replaced with insulated Dosteba elements. This significantly reduced the heating requirements.

Multi-family house renovation Steinebrunn

The façade of the historic building, which dates back to 1922, was renovated to meet current energy efficiency standards using Fixit 222 aerogel high-performance insulating plaster with a layer thickness of 50 mm. Fixit 777 mineral fine plaster ensures a harmonious appearance.

Farmhouse interior insulation Othmarsingen

The exterior façade of this farmhouse, built in 1848, was to remain completely unchanged, but energy consumption was to be reduced. Fixit 222 aerogel insulating plaster was therefore used to create reliable interior insulation with a layer thickness of 5 cm. Fixit 777 design plaster with a 1.5 mm grain size was then applied to the insulating plaster as a finish coat.
