Our well-trained and practice-orientated sales staff and product specialists support and advise contractors, planners and installers of Fixit products throughout Switzerland. You can also discuss complex topics and challenging project issues with us at any time – with our many years of experience, we can offer a suitable solution for most problems.

Our application engineers can also advise you on site regarding the correct use of our products or suggest the most suitable plaster system for your project.

Exclusive customer training and roadshow events

We are happy to organise training events for architects, traders and fabricators on request. Together with you, we present the desired Fixit products and their correct application and also offer practical demonstrations (depending on location and possibility). The training courses can be held at your premises or directly at the property. There is also the option of holding the training in our seminar room at Fixit's main site in Holderbank AG. 

Another option is to organise a roadshow event with our Fixit trailer. Fully loaded with information material, samples and brochures, we are happy to visit our traders by appointment and are available to answer customers' and prospective customers' questions about Fixit products. 

Individual component calculation

We are also happy to support you with individual component calculations for the U-value, vapour diffusion or dew point and condensation to verify the building physics functionality.

Delivery in a bag or bucket

Our small packaging units are tailored to local needs and consumption. The packaging offers very good protection for the product and ensures stackability during storage and transport. We attach great importance to the responsible use of resources and energy consumption in packaging production.

Delivery on pallet (shrink-wrapped)

To stabilise the bagged or bucket goods during transport, it is necessary to shrink-wrap the delivery on the pallet. Another advantage of the shrink-wrapped pallet is that it provides better protection from the weather during short-term interim storage directly on the construction site.

For the safe transport of Fixit products to construction sites that are very difficult to access, we can also customise special heli-pallets at the contractor's request.

Delivery in silo

In addition, we provide our customers with many products in silos for processing large quantities of Fixit products. Our silos offer customised connection options for conveying and mixing systems for the product they contain and are technically sophisticated. The material is protected from the weather in the silo and ready for use.
 

Delivery in a Big Bag

If larger quantities of Fixit products are to be processed but Fixit silos cannot be used due to special circumstances, the Fixit Big Bag is a good choice. The flexible woven polypropylene bags are suitable for storing or transporting large quantities of dry bulk goods or granular goods. Our Big Bags are particularly sustainable, as 30 per cent of the Big Bag fabric is already made from ocean plastic.
