Independent assessments through external certifications

We emphasise the highest product quality, durability and the fact that our products are not harmful to health. To ensure this, we have our products assessed by external test centres. 

We are also a member of various industry associations and a partner of the SMVG and Empa. This enables us to ensure that our products are perfectly customised for the processors.

The eco1, eco2 or ecoBasis label indicates whether the product contains little grey energy and how well the products meet the Minergie-ECO requirements.

SwissMade

We are committed to our six production and work locations in Switzerland and label all Swiss products with the SwissMade label.

The French label assesses the indoor air pollution caused by the product and awards the A+ label to products with particularly low VOCs.

IBR Institute for Building Biology

The IBR tests various Fixit products for harmful substances such as VOCs, biocides and heavy metals.

NEW for Fixit products: EMICODE® EC 1 Plus certification

The labelling system was introduced in 1997 with the aim of becoming a central quality benchmark for the emission behaviour of building materials in the international environment and across product groups. To date, over 14,000 products have already been awarded the EMICODE® seal.

EMICODE® EC 1 Plus is the premium category of labelling and describes products at the limit of what is technically feasible. The strictest limits apply here for maximum product safety and zero emissions in your home!

CO₂ & kWh reduced – the label of the Energy Agency for Industry [Energie-Agentur der Wirtschaft, EnAW]

Fixit AG is committed to sustainable climate protection. By voluntarily participating in the programme of the Energy Agency for Industry, Fixit AG is committed to actively reducing CO₂ emissions and optimising energy consumption.

These target agreements for increasing resource and energy efficiency are recognised by the federal government, the cantons and the partners in the economy and are reviewed annually.
