New working models – remote working reduces CO₂ emissions

Since 2021, new working models have been trialled and introduced across the group FIXIT GRUPPE and its various countries. ‘Remote working’ has been particularly successful in Germany, offering employees the greatest possible flexibility whilst helping to protect the climate: Assuming a figure of 150 grams per kilometre between home and work, approximately 55.5 tonnes of CO₂ were saved in 2022 alone.

Added to this is a significant reduction in business travel, which is now very frequently replaced by video conferences across Europe.

Sicurezza sul lavoro in azienda: formare – informare – prevenire

In collaborazione con le associazioni professionali nazionali, i dirigenti e i collaboratori vengono formati sul tema della sicurezza sul lavoro sia dal punto di vista teorico che pratico. Tra i contenuti figurano l’importanza della sicurezza sul lavoro, il sistema di previdenza sociale, la definizione delle responsabilità, le possibili conseguenze legali in caso di violazioni e l’analisi di casi reali di infortunio.

L’obiettivo di questi corsi di formazione periodici è promuovere una forte cultura della sicurezza: aumentare la competenza in materia di sicurezza in azienda, creare una chiara consapevolezza dei rischi e fornire istruzioni operative precise per le misure preventive.

Supplier Management – Digitalisation

The introduction of specialist supplier management software marked a significant milestone for the procurement department. Supply chain security is managed professionally, supplier and product data is exchanged seamlessly, and all information relating to customer relationships is managed within a digital software system.

The first certificate is the successful outcome of the supply chain risk analysis and certifies that the group FIXIT GRUPPE complies with a key supply chain law (LkSG).
